Wicked Wednesday!
Wednesday of our outdoor week was another busy day. In the morning we met two of the farm ponies, Rocky & Nugget and we learned about grooming the animals. At the same time, our other group were stepping into a black hole! It sounds worse than it is, but the abseiling was great fun, even though it took a bit of persuading for some of our group.
In the afternoon, we had one of the undisputed highlights of the week, the bottle rockets. Lambourne staff have created an amazing launch pad,, powered by water and elbow grease and our rockets flew across the field. James' and Jonathan's rocket even managed to get over the trees and into the next field, a feat never before achieved on any of our previous visits!
