Royal invitation!
It's been another busy few days for our Autism Ambassadors. Earlier this week they were at Whybridge Infant School and yesterday they visited Royal Liberty School to meet the teaching staff and deliver their Autism Awareness training.
As is so often the case, everyone enjoyed the session, and it stimulated some fascinating debate and questions as the training came to a close.
Here's a selction of the feedback we received;
- It was wonderful to hear first-hand experience of autism
- It was insightful to listen about what autism is from people who are autistic with lived experience and knowledge
- Fascinating to hear from people with first-hand experience
We look forward to returning to Royal Liberty in the future!
