Plans in place!
Our plans are now in place for a very busy Autism Acceptance Week at the end of this month. Autism Acceptance Week 2025 runs from Monday 31st March until the following Sunday and we have activities planned on Monday through to Saturday.
Here's where you can find us during the week;
- Monday 31st March Flag raising at Barking Town Hall (11am) and Romford Town Hall (1pm)
- Tuesday 1st April Information and advice at the Mercury Mall 10am to 3pm. Bucket collection at Romford station 4pm to 7pm (come and say hello!)
- Wednesday 2nd April Sponsored walk in Raphael Park 10am
- Thursday 3rd April Dare to be Different coffee morning 10am to 12pm. Bucket collection at Stratford Station 4pm to 7pm (stop and say hello!)
- Friday 4th April Dare to be Different day!
- Saturday 5th April Easter songs with Greg at the Mercury Mall 11am to 3pm
It's all part of our plan to raise awareness and acceptance of autism, and with any luck, we might be able to raise a little money as well. There's lots you can do to help - why not send a donation to our walkers at Raphael Park, or better still, join in? Or call in to see us on Tuesday at the Mercury or on Thursday at our coffee morning in Dagenham. We hope to see you at some stage during the week!
