Par for the course!
We had a terrific day last Friday at the third annual Sycamore Trust UK Golf Day. For the third year in a row, the event took place at the Stapleford Abbots golf club just outside Romford and once again, we were lucky with the weather, although it threatened to rain for an hour in the morning.
After a breakfast of bacon rolls and coffee, we had 52 golfers lined up to play and many of them took part in the chipping & putting competitions before they went out on to the course.
After eighteen holes, our players returned to the clubhouse for a hot supper as we tallied up the scores. Our winners were as follows;

- Putting competition; Kev Taylor
