More questions than answers!
The Sycamore Trust quiz night took place last Tuesday and it was a huge success. Not only was it great fun but we raised a tidy sum to help us with our vital products and services. We were delighted to host our event at the Tandoori Lounge in Hornchurch, which was packed to the rafters for the event. If you’ve never been, it’s well worth a visit, as the food was sensational.
There were half a dozen rounds, with subjects such as geography, music and Indian food (!) which kept us busy all evening. After six highly competitive rounds, the winning team was announced, with Hey Jude taking the honours, one point ahead of the two runners-up. After we wrapped up with the auction and raffle, we were able to announce that we’d raised £950 on the night, which was well above expectations.
Thanks to everyone who attended, and thanks to the Tandoori Lounge in Hornchurch for welcoming us along and providing a superb selection of dishes.
