It Asda be Sycamore!
If you have been paying attention to our Sycamore Trust social media recently, you'll know that we have been encouraging our followers and supporters to vote for us in the ASDA Green Token Giving scheme.
Thanks to our friends at the ASDA store in Romford, we were nominated earlier this year and from February, through to the end of May, we were up against two other great local charities, battling to win the £500 first prize.
We're delighted to say that we were able to withstand the challenge from the Richard House Trust and Precious Pearl to take the first prize, although both those charities will also benefit from a donation from the ASDA Foundation.
Thanks are due to staff and customers at ASDA in Romford for nominating us and thank you to everyone who voted for us. We're delighted to win and very grateful to the ASDA Fioundation for their generous support.
