Introducing SWAP plus
Sycamore Trust UK are delighted to introduce SWAP plus, a five week programme designed for parent/carers who live in Barking & Dagenham and care for a child/young person/adult aged 5-19, who have verbal communication difficulties.
The programme will focus on using pictures to aid communication including visual timetables, now & next boards, social stories plus lots of hints and tips to support positive communication strategies at home and in the wider community.
The project begins on 23rd April 2025 at the Sycamore Trust UK premises at 27-29 Woodward Road, Dagenham, RM9 4SJ. Places and further information available from swapplus@sycamoretrust.org.uk
