Flying the flag again!
If you've been in Barking this week, you might have noticed that the Sycamore Trust UK #daretobedifferent flag is once again flying proudly above Barking Town Hall.
It was the perfect start to Autism Acceptance Week and we were fortunate to have a bright day with a slight breeze./ The other vital element to the event was someone to actually raise the flag and in this respect we are grateful to LBBD councillor Jane Jones, the Cabinet Member for Children's Social Care and Disabilities, who joined Sycamore's Steve Dixon to do the honours.
