The Autism Ambassadors visited Harrow Lodge Primary School in Romford this morning to meet the pupils and deliver another school assembly, where we talked about how the students can support their classmates who are on the autistic spectrum.
Almost 400 pupils from years 1-6 took part in the assembly and were very well behaved and very keen to take part in the interactive session, which included all the usual tasks, such as shouting at their teachers (!) and ordering lunch.
The Ambassadors have a busy schedule throughout the next few months, as we look ahead to World Autism Acceptance Week next spring, as they visit many of the schools who have signed up to Dare to be Different day in April.

After the assembly, Robert & Joseph posed for a photo outside the school gates with Harrow Lodge SENDco, Sarah Boyes. We really enjoyed our visit, and we look forward to going back again in future!
