We offer:

• One-to-one appointments
• Support Groups
• Advice & support from fully trained staff members
• Connect with other autistic individuals, parents/carers and families in Havering who understand living with autism
• Adult Peer Support Groups and social groups designed to build friendships and reduce social isolation

This service is delivered from venues in Harold Hill and Rainham.

Our Havering All Age Autism Service offers a variety of support to autistic adults living in the borough.

The service is funded by London Borough of Havering.

The services we offer adults include advice on employment support, benefits and other issues and challenges in their day-to-day lives.

Our group advocates on behalf of autistic adults living in Havering.

The Steering Group worked closely with the council and other partners to develop the Havering Autism Strategy and the recent Havering Autism Survey.

They meet and work collaboratively with agencies and services operating in Havering to promote the needs of the autistic community.

The Steering Group meets once a month on a Friday afternoon.

We have three social groups for adults with an autism diagnosis and those who have been referred for assessment living in Havering.

These groups meet monthly on a weekday afternoon from 2pm to 4pm.

We also encourage and support the members to enjoy activities in the local community.

Are you a member of the Havering autistic community? Are you unemployed, over 16 and looking for support to access employment opportunities? Then, we may be able to help!

The London Borough of Havering and Sycamore Trust UK have joined forces to provide employment support and advice to autistic residents across the Borough and, through employer engagement, increase the number of employment opportunities for the autistic community.

Thanks to funding received from Compass Wellbeing we can offer social activities for girls living in Havering and Redbridge over the next 12 months.

Those eligible will have a higher-functioning autism diagnosis (or have been referred for autism assessment) and be aged 11 to 17-years-old.
