Well done, Emma and Ellie!
It was the Vitality London 10,000m on Sunday and for the third year in a row, there was a Sycamore Trust team, raising money to support our vital products and services.
We thought it was about time we had some younger legs than in previous years and Emma Kearney and Ellie Noad stepped up to tackle the six and a half mile course around London. The race began on The Mall and passed many London landmarks, including Trafalgar Square, St Pauls and the Cenotaph.
Emma and Ellie made it across the finish line outside Buckingham Palace in a highly respectable hour and ten minutes, and more importantly, raised over £1,100 for Sycamore Trust at the same time. Their Just Giving page is still live if you'd like to top up their total!
