Tuesday in mid air!

What goes up must come down was the theme of our Tuesday at Lambourne End as everyone had a go on the climbing wall and several of our young people also abseiled back down!

There was plenty of effort and endeavour on display as one of our groups climbed up the outside of the tower, while at the same time, the other group were abseiling down the inside of the climbing tower.

Meanwhile, elsewhere on site, there was a very enthusiastic group, cycling through the woods.  Mountain biking in the middle of Essex sounds ambitious, but in the absence of mountains, our young people had to make do with the woods that surround the 54 acres site.  They all looked very tired when they returned, that's for certain!

In the afternoon, it was everyone down to the pool, an activity that everyone enjoys, despite some initial reluctance. And that's just the staff!!
