We returned to Lambourne End for the fourth day of our activity week after a great day's sailing at Fairlop on Wednesday. Our Thursday began with a look around the farm. Lambourne End is a working farm and there were plenty of animals to see, including goats, sheep, pigs, fowl and a 100 year old tortoise!
After a quick break we headed into the woods. One of our group learned some bushcraft skills and the others took on mountain biking through the woods, which was a lot of effort but great fun.
After lunch, we headed to the ropes course for those that hadn't done it before and the rest of the group climbed up to the long zip wire, which is a quarter of a mile long!
Once again, it was a wonderful day and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. One day to go!
